No, the pressure washer requires a water supply to function properly.

The snow foam lance is only designed to be used with our custom pressure washers, so it is not compatible with Karcher.

Yes, the formula is the same in each, but we simply label them with specific instructions for each cleaner for the separate markets, giving you the best possible cleaning power.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIO CHAIN CLEANER AND BIO DRIVETRAIN CLEANER?
The main difference between the two products is the format and application of them. Bio Drivetrain Cleaner is a pourable liquid degreaser in a bottle, and Bio Chain Cleaner is a fast-acting aerosol.

Bio Chain Cleaner is specially formulated to quickly and safely remove heavy chain dirt using advanced solvents. It can also be used together with oursChain Doccleaning device for optimal, trouble-free chain cleaning!
DO I HAVE TO DILUTE THE SNOW FOAM, OR CAN I USE IT RIGHT IN THE SNOW BLOWER?
It can be used directly in a snow foam lance for a thicker foam or diluted to a ratio of 1 part Snow Foam to 3 parts water, it all depends on how thick you want it. Choose the relationship that is best for you.
CAN THE X-3 DIRTY CHAIN MACHINE BE USED ON MOTORCYCLE CHAINS?
Unfortunately, the X3 is not compatible with motorcycle chains due to the wider links.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY BRUSHES AND SPONGES AFTER CLEANING MY BIKE TO LEAVE THEM FRESH FOR THE NEXT WASH?
Brushes used to clean the bike with our Bike Cleaner can be rinsed with a hose to remove any contaminants left in the bristles. For stubborn dirt, the bike cleaner can be sprayed directly onto the brush, left for a few minutes before rinsing further. The same applies to a mushroom.
For a brush that has been used to degrease your chain or driveline components, we would recommend spraying the brush with our driveline degreaser, leave for a few minutes, then blow with a hose and allow to dry. This will leave brushes clean ready for the next use.
MY SOFT WASHING BRUSH LOOKS DUSTY AND USED?
The finish on the ends of the bristles on our Soft Washing brush is sintered to make the ends soft. This gives them a gray split look, this is how the brush is designed and is not a fault of your brush.
IS NANO TECH CLEANER SAFE ON CARBON FRAMES?
Yes, our cleaner is safe on carbon frames and on both matte and glossy finishes.
SHOULD I WASH MY MOTORCYCLE HOT OR COLD?
We always recommend washing your motorcycle cold and when the engine has completely cooled down.
SHOULD I PRE-RINSE MY BICYCLE/MOTORBIKE BEFORE USING NANO TECH BIKE CLEANER?
Yes, we always recommend a pre-rinse before using our Nano Tech Bike Cleaner
HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE THE CLEANER ON?
We recommend leaving the cleanser on for 3-4 minutes before rinsing it off, but do not leave it on in direct sunlight.
IS THE WATERLESS WASH SAFE ON DISC BRAKES?
Yes, the overspray will not affect brake surfaces, but we do not recommend spraying directly on them.

ARE BICYCLE PROTECTION AND MOTORCYCLE PROTECTION THE SAME?
Yes. We label them differently for each market, but the formula is the same in each market, giving you the best protective coating available for your bike or motorcycle.
IS BIKE SPRAY THE SAME AS BIKE PROTECT?
Yes, they are the same, we simply renamed our premium bike protection spray.
MUST NO PUNCTURE BE MIXED WITH OTHER AGENTS?
No, we always recommend washing out all previously used sealants before installing No Puncture Hassle for the best sealing performance and longevity.
HOW DO I CLEAN NO PUNCTURE FROM MY KIT?
Unfortunately, it seems that all tire sealants can stain! If No Puncture Hassle sprays on your kit out on the trail, try to rinse the affected area immediately with clean water from your bottle, then wipe off as quickly as possible with a damp cloth. Key tip! Try not to let the sealant dry until you can properly wash your kit at home!!
We would then advise to rinse again with clean water as soon as you are home, now use a pre-wash product (first check if the fabric is compatible!) before cleaning your kit in the washing machine with a good detergent. Alternatively, you can hand wash with a good liquid detergent as soon as possible. (always follow the manufacturer's washing instructions).
WHAT TEMPERATURES WILL NO PUNCTURE AMOUNT WORK BETWEEN?
No Puncture Hassle works between a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE NO PUNCTURE LOAD TUBELESS SEALANT?
No Puncture Hassle is designed to be left inside the tire for the life of the tire. If and when it eventually dries out (up to 6 months in temperate climates), simply top up and keep riding. The sealant forms a thin, even layer inside the tire and doesn't bead, so you don't need to clean it out, but the water-soluble formula washes off with just water.
WHAT IS THE DURABILITY OF NO PUNCTURE BELOUS TUBELESS SEALANT?
As long as you store the sealant in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight with the cap on tight, our sealant will not expire. We always recommend giving the bag or bottle a good shake before each use.
AT WHAT TEMPERATURES CAN BIO FAT BE USED?
Our Bio Grease has an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +120 °C.
IS YOUR BIO FAT CARBON FIBER SAFE?
Yes, our Bio Grease is safe with carbon fiber parts.

For best results, we recommend always wiping off excess after application and if possible allow to dry for 3 to 4 hours before use.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD BIO-SLIP BELTS AND C3 CERAMIC LUBES?
The C3 lubricants contain added nanoceramic particles and synthetic polymers that help reduce friction (metal-to-metal contact on your chain) and provide long-distance performance and durability. C3 Raises the bar when it comes to providing the ultimate lubrication.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY HYDRODYNAMIC LUBRICATION TO MY CHAIN?
Hydrodynamic will last about 200 miles per application (weather dependent). We would always recommend that you clean and degrease your chain completely with our driveline cleaner before relubricating it.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NTOC CHAIN AND THE NTC NANOTUBE CHAIN?
The main difference between the NTOC and the NTC is that the NTOC is driven in under load to prepare the chain to its optimum performance point, meaning it is competition ready straight out of the box, perfect if you have a major race or event on way. NTOC is hand-treated with a unique Speed Film Lubrication containing nanotube additives, perfect for the best performance in all conditions.
NTC is sonically cleaned and hand treated with our proprietary nanotube formulation, but only needs to be run on a turbo for 4-6 hours before it reaches its optimal lubrication state and delivers wattage savings consistently over long periods in all weather conditions.

CAN YOU USE IT ON A NORMAL BIKE?
Absolutely, the range can be used on a normal bike, no problem!
ARE ELECTRIC BICYCLES NOT WATERPROOF?
E-bikes are waterproof, but the range is designed to enable your e-bike to be cleaned, degreased and detailed, while removing the need to flush with water and stop water ingress when washing electrical components. Although electrical components of e-bikes are well sealed, it makes sense not to get water near electrical devices if you don't need it, that's why we developed this series.
