Pearl Krabs is one of the main characters in the Nickelodeon animated film SpongeBob SquarePants. Pearl is a young whale and the daughter of Mr. Krabs. He's the frugal owner of Bikini Bottom's top restaurant, the Krusty Krab.

Pearl SpongeBob's parents are Eugene H. Krabs and Mrs. Krabs. When she was born, Mr. Krabs bought a banner to celebrate "It's A Boy" that was on sale. He crossed out "boy" and wrote "girl" to save a few bucks.
Throughout the series, Eugene Krabs continues to chip away at pennies and try to save money on their birthdays. At one birthday, Mr. Krabs gives Pearl a balloon for her and all her friends to share, and at another party he gives out paperclips as party favors.
Pearl starts out small but quickly outgrows her father as a teenager, and Mr. Krabs' savings schemes keep following her. As a teenager, her father doesn't attend Mrs. Puff's boating school, instead teaching her to drive to save on school fees.
Later in high school, Pearl excelled in class and is considered to be very bright. She also joins the cheer team and enjoys cheering all over Bikini Bottom.
As Pearl keeps getting smarter and older, the possibility of going to college is exciting for her father. One day, Mr. Krabs wants Pearl to take over the family business and run the Krusty Krab.
Besides school and fun, Pearl also has other hobbies.
One of Pearl's favorite stores is Grandma's Apron at Bikini Bottom Mall.
Pearl works there as an assistant, and while she's there she loves baking cookies, knitting clothes, and relaxing in the store's rocking chair.
Pearl is good friends with SpongeBob and Patrick Star, and she sees Squidward Tentacles as her uncle, whom she affectionately calls Uncle Squiddy.
Pearl lives in a hollowed-out anchor with her father, and her bedroom is just as fun and colorful as the teenage bedroom! The Krabs' house has a nautical theme and lots of wooden features.
On the other hand, Pearl's room has teal floral wallpaper on the walls and a pink fluffy carpet. Pearl also hung some of her favorite things like sports pennants, posters, and photos from her surfing on the ocean's surface.

Pearl is a very intelligent whale and many fans' favorite character. She excels at math, and Mr. Krabs has been trying to get her to be Krusty Krab's accountant for some time. But Pearl is still a teenager, so she spends a lot of time at the mall.
Pearl is the opposite of her father, and she likes to spend large sums of money at once while trying to fit in with the other kids at Bikini Bottom High School.
She is very friendly, cheerful and always in a good mood. She also has a lot of sporting talent! She is a good cheerleader and often wears her pompoms everywhere.
Her cheers can get a bit dangerous because she's so tall that the building she's in shakes whenever she tries a cheer ability. In addition to math and cheer, Pearl is also a pianist and saxophonist.
In Season 8 we discover that Pearl always has bubbles in her nose when she's underwater, that's how she breathes in Bikini Bottom. Because Pearl is a whale, she must breathe air. Because of this, Pearl often has to surface and break through.
Pearl's physical appearance
Despite being the daughter of Mr. Krabs (a crab), Pearl is a sperm whale. Pearl's mother, Mrs. Krabs, is never seen, but she is a whale, as is her daughter. Pearl has gray skin and blonde hair that she likes to wear in a ponytail and ties it back with a pink hair tie.
She's the tallest of SpongeBob SquarePants' main characters, but she's small for a sperm whale. Pearl typically wears a pink "P" monogram top, magenta skirt, and white go-go boots with barnacles.
